after completing the above intake form, you may complete your payment using one of the following methods. use your name and session date as the payment reference so i can match it to your booking.

what happens after you submit

once your form is in and payment received, i'll send you a confirmation within 48 hours with the studio directions, what to wear, what to bring, and what to expect.
